West Quay receives and processes cheque, postal order and credit card payment types and this year, we will bank in excess of £25 million for our clients. Trust is therefore paramount and our secure systems and procedures allow us to reconcile payments, received against orders processed, to the penny.

Credit card payments are authorised using the latest software and West Quay has achieved compliance with the recently introduced PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is issued in recognition of the secure measures we have in place to prevent fraudulent transactions and the misuse of card data. Note that should you not have your own merchant facility then West Quay is able to offer you the use of our own.

Orders are processed for production daily, from catalogue, web and off-the page sources and printed on to client branded despatch notes or labels. Orders requiring ‘next day' delivery are despatched same day. West Quay also forward orders to third party suppliers for DIRECT DISPATCH to your customers. We can also manage CONTINUTY CAMPAIGNS requiring automated credit card billing or payment request, prior to dispatch.
